SomaCheck by Sensie

Terms of Service

Effective August 5, 2026

SomaCheck is a Sensie brand and service. These additional terms are an agreement between you and Sensie, LLC ("Sensie," "we," or "us") governing your use of SomaCheck. They supplement Sensie's Terms of Use. By creating an account or using SomaCheck, you agree to both sets of terms and the SomaCheck Privacy Policy. If these additional terms conflict with the Sensie Terms of Use, these additional terms control for SomaCheck.

A wellness tool, not medical care

SomaCheck is a general-wellness tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, detect, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Results and self-care sessions are reflections and wellness content, not clinical conclusions or professional advice. Do not delay or replace medical or mental-health care based on SomaCheck. Contact local emergency services if you need urgent help.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use SomaCheck. If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Safe use

Use motion-based features only when you can hold and move your phone safely. Maintain a secure grip, allow adequate space, and stop if a movement causes pain, dizziness, or risk to you, another person, or property. Do not use an active gesture flow while driving or operating machinery.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, evade security controls, reverse engineer protected portions except where law permits, upload harmful material, impersonate another person, or use SomaCheck in a way that violates law or another person's rights.

Optional voice and automated features

SomaCheck may offer automated guides, generated conversation, and other experimental wellness features. These features can misunderstand you or produce incomplete or inaccurate content. You remain responsible for decisions you make and should not rely on a guide for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

Your information and feedback

You retain rights in information you submit. You authorize Sensie to process it as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve SomaCheck as described in the Privacy Policy. If you provide product feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, without identifying you publicly unless you agree.

Service availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep SomaCheck available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Preview and test features may change or end at any time.

Intellectual property and license

SomaCheck and its software, design, trademarks, and content are owned by Sensie or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use SomaCheck for its intended purpose.

Ending an account

You may stop using SomaCheck or delete your account through the app. We may restrict or end access for a material violation of these terms, a security risk, a legal requirement, nonpayment if paid features are introduced, or conduct that harms users or the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SomaCheck is provided "as is" and "as available." Sensie disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that results, generated content, or the service will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sensie and its officers, employees, affiliates, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising from SomaCheck. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not subject to a legally required alternative forum must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Consumer protections that apply where you live are not displaced.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will identify the current version by its effective date. If a change is material, we will provide notice as required by law. Questions: hi@joinsensie.com.
